Introduction The Role We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our North Queensland team, based in either Cairns or Townsville. This role offers hands-on learning, strong support, and the chance to work with Protech's industry leading clients. Description What you’ll be doing As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients and candidates to deliver safe, accurate and high-quality placements. Your day-to-day will include: Writing and posting job ads Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates Reference checks and placements Building strong relationships with clients and field employees Growing talent pools and reverse marketing standout candidates What we’re looking for We’re open to both experienced recruiters and those looking to break into the industry.
