Product Lead - Integration
Role Purpose The Product Lead - Integration oversees the strategic execution and operational delivery of enterprise integration platforms. This role is accountable for all design, delivery, and support within complex SAP landscapes, leveraging SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, CPI, and MuleSoft to ensure seamless connectivity and digital transformation.
Key Accountabilities
* Strategy & Vision: Define integration patterns and API-led connectivity aligned with enterprise architecture; maintain a comprehensive product roadmap and engage stakeholders to incorporate feedback into development.
* Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment across digital functions and manage external product vendors to ensure cohesive delivery.
* Delivery & Operations: Manage the full integration lifecycle, including design, deployment, and 24/7 monitoring; prioritize the product backlog and ensure robust error handling and compliance with enterprise standards.
* Software Currency: Maintain supportability and version control for all integration landscapes; develop annual initiatives for patching and platform maintenance.
* Governance: Establish and enforce vendor governance frameworks and manage service provider activities within the integration landscape.
Skills & Experience
* Expertise: 10+ years in integration toolsets with 5+ years in a technical leadership capacity, specifically within large-scale, SAP-centric FMCG environments.
* Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, CPI, PI/PO, MuleSoft, and SAP data models (IDocs, BAPIs, oDATA).
* Qualifications: ITIL Foundations and SAP Integration Suite/CPI certifications required; Agile certification preferred.
* Communication: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams in high-availability, mission-critical settings.
