Project Manager – Infrastructure Delivery Location: Brisbane Are you an experienced project professional from a trade or engineering background ready to take the next step in your career? As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple small to mid-sized infrastructure projects (typically $200K – $4M ). You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 5–6 concurrent projects, including upgrades, concrete works, and other site-based scopes, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule and within budget. What You’ll Do Lead project delivery from initiation through to handover, including planning, resourcing, execution and close-out. Develop and maintain robust project schedules, risk registers, budgets and quality plans. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams—including contractors, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders—across varied scopes of work. Monitor and report on project performance, commercial outcomes, and compliance with contractual and safety requirements. Apply practical construction and technical knowledge to solve on-site challenges and optimise delivery. Manage client and stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and relationship building. Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards. About You Proven experience in managing infrastructure, construction or asset upgrade projects; preferably within the $200K–$4M range. Background in either trade or engineering, with hands-on understanding of construction processes and site environments. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent projects. Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset and ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners. Sound commercial awareness and risk management capability. Valid driver’s licence; project site attendance required.
