About Role
The ICT Support Test Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, compliance, and performance of Calvary's payroll systems, particularly those built around Kronos and complex award and agreement structures. You will work closely with payroll, ICT, and business stakeholders to review, test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve systems that support thousands of staff across hospitals, aged care, and community services.

Responsibilities
* Review, test, and validate payroll and workforce management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Support Kronos rules configuration in line with national Awards and Agreements
* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing processes
* Identify system errors, investigate root causes, and implement long-term preventive solutions
* Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and service level agreements
* Support systems integration, documentation, and system architecture assessments
* Collaborate with payroll teams, ICT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
* Build matrices and support load and performance testing activities
* Develop and improve risk management and quality assurance processes
* Contribute to continuous improvement and future-ready payroll system design
Requirements
* Strong experience in ICT systems testing, support, or quality assurance in enterprise environments
* Demonstrated experience working with payroll or workforce management systems (Kronos highly desirable)
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with system integration testing, UAT, and process documentation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong understanding of business processes in complex, regulated environments (healthcare preferred)
* High attention to detail and strong planning and organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams
* Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Australia under employer-sponsored visa programs
