Join our team Dive into a fun summer job as a casual pool lifeguard We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible and friendly individuals to keep our swimmers safe this summer
Over summer Council's outdoor swimming pools become significant meeting places for the community providing social connection, enhancing swimming skills and water confidence levels. Council is committed to a high quality service for residents and visitors.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supervising – Provide active and continuous supervision of the public using the pool facilities.
* Educating – Keep our swimmers safe and enforce the rules.
* Inspections – Inspect and ensure that the lifesaving equipment, the facility, and amenities are ready for daily use and are safe for purpose.

Salary and Conditions
This position is casual classified at Grade A Entry Level (Casual) under Council's salary structure at p/h including 25% casual loading, plus 12% statutory superannuation. Conditions are in accordance with Local Government (State) Award 2023.
