About the Role

As a Clinical manager you will be working collaboratively within the leadership team within this medium aged care service within a beautiful location within the city of Albury NSW.

As the Clinical Manager, you will lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary care team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. You will ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred clinical care that meets individual care plans, Aged Care Quality Standards, and all regulatory requirements.

You will be a visible, hands‐on leader who is confident in providing clinical support when required, guiding best practice and supporting your team through complex clinical needs.

With your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you will build trusted relationships with residents, families and external providers, ensuring transparency, collaboration and active involvement in care planning and lifestyle goals.

Main Duties

* Provide clinical guidance to residents & care staff
* Undertake resident assessments & case conferencing in line with standards
* Accurate completion, review & updating of relevant documentation
* Motivation, training & development of clinical team members
* Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met

Skills & Requirements

* AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
* Staff mentorship & development experience.
* Up to date working knowledge & experience achieving accreditation standards
* Ability to identify & improve areas of clinical risk & quality guidelines
* Consultative & effective communication skills.
