Responsibilities
* Communicate and collaborate between internal and external teams to assist in the delivery of excellent service to Landlords and Tenants.
* Work up to, and maintain a management portfolio of approximately 130 tenants.
* Directly manage assets for key clients, maintaining high levels of service and operational efficiency.
* Prepare detailed client reports and presentations, providing clients with important information they require to make ownership decisions.
* Follow the operating procedures of the Organisation.
* Maintain an understanding of all relevant laws, regulations and best practices effecting the management of commercial and retail assets.
* Maintain an understanding and competence of all software and tools utilised by the organisation and assist other team members in developing their understanding.
Qualifications
* Experience in the management of commercial assets
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice
* The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Current Real Estate License
