As a Property Manager with Habitat Real Estate you will have the opportunity to manage a select portfolio of properties, ensuring a personalized experience for both clients and tenants.
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years experience as a Property Manager, or someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in customer service, administration, or sales who would be willing to start as a Property Manager Assistant and learn the role.
Our Property Managers are responsible for:
* Day to day portfolio management
* Landlord and tenant communication with consistent follow-up
* Ingoing and outgoing procedures and inspections
* Routine property inspections
* Maintenance coordination with preferred trades
* Arrears management, lease renewals / rent reviews
* Compliance with NT Tenancy Legislation
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, customer service, or administration.
2. Must hold a Agents Representative License or willingness to obtain straight away.
3. Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and a keen willingness to lean.
4. Drivers license and use of your own car (you will be paid a vehicle allowance).
5. Proven ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
6. Proficient computer and administration skills.
7. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
