Location: Wollongong
Working arrangement: Hybrid (3-4 days on site)
Rate: $500 p/d + super

This role will be supporting key work relating to internal process improvement and system enhancement.
Your new role
As the Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in a major internal project focused on improving the management of current processes. You will assess current practices, define future‑state processes, and help determine whether an existing platform can be configured to meet requirements.
You will join a supportive team and contribute to work that directly improves organisational standards and internal governance.
You will be responsible for:
Mapping As‑Is and To‑Be business processes
Capturing and documenting business requirements
Assessing whether the existing system is fit for purpose
Identifying gaps and recommending solutions
Leading or contributing to stakeholder engagement
Preparing clear project documentation
Understanding system configuration needs and limitations
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst
Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering capability
Experience assessing system suitability and configuration needs
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to deliver high‑quality documentation
