Job Description
This role will provide you with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for assisting our experienced chefs in preparing high-quality meals for our airline customers. You will have the chance to learn from industry-leading experts and develop your skills in food preparation, presentation, and service.
You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of menu items, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, as well as special dietary requirements. Our team works together to ensure that every meal meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
* Superior presentation skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* A valid Certificate I or II in Hospitality would be highly regarded.
* Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) from current positions may assist in fast tracking your qualification.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
