Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
* Scheduling work orders and allocating labour resources efficiently
* Managing rosters and reviewing timesheets to optimize productivity
* Providing leadership and technical support to a small team of specialists
* Ensuring productivity targets are met by implementing process improvements
The ideal candidate will have trade certification as a mechanic or electrician with experience on CAT equipment, along with strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
