This role involves leading a global team responsible for delivering high-quality, timely responses to client security questionnaires. The successful candidate will oversee distributed Security Questionnaire Analysts, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing or leading teams, with strong project management and organizational skills. They will also possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for mentorship.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring Security Questionnaire Analysts, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support for excellence.
* Ensuring quality by reviewing questionnaire responses for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client compliance requirements.
* Driving operational efficiency by overseeing task prioritization and team workflow, ensuring timely delivery without sacrificing quality.
* Onboarding and training new team members, leading internal training initiatives to maintain high performance and consistency.
* Managing client onboarding, acting as the main point of contact for new questionnaire clients, assigning projects, and ensuring a smooth transition into the service.
* Cross-functional collaboration with leadership on hiring, capacity planning, and team resourcing, aligning questionnaire processes with Workstreet's security and compliance standards.
* Project management, setting project milestones, tracking progress, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and escalating risks when necessary.
Requirements:
* 3–5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, technical writing, or client-facing technical roles.
* Proven experience managing or leading a team.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with high attention to detail.
* Passion for mentorship, helping others improve through feedback and guidance.
* Familiarity with security compliance standards, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc., is a strong plus.
* Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating in a fast-paced remote-first environment.
