About the Role
As a Mental Health Clinician with headspace Orange, you will:
* Undertake comprehensive psychosocial assessments, including exploration of presenting issues, client history, risk, protective factors, and contributing influences
* Work collaboratively with young people to develop person‐centred, feedback‐informed case formulations and treatment plans
* Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to young people experiencing mental ill-health
* Actively engage in Evidence‐Informed Practice and Family Inclusive Practice
* Apply Alcohol and Other Drug screening, harm reduction, psychoeducation, and brief interventions where required

Essential Qualifications
* Psychologist with full and current AHPRA registration
* Social Worker with an approved Bachelor/Master of Social Work and mental health specific training or at least 2 years' mental health experience; eligibility for or membership with AASW
* Occupational Therapist with full AHPRA registration and additional mental health training or mental health endorsement
* Division 1 Mental Health Nurse with relevant experience and/or postgraduate qualifications in mental health
* Valid Australian working rights required (sponsorship not available)
