Mid Murray Support Service is seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to support our team on Fridays, with additional hours available to cover leave and backfill as required.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a people-focused environment and can confidently manage front‐of‐house responsibilities while supporting the broader team.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our organisation, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients, families, and visitors.

This position is primarily based on Fridays, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing reception and front‐of‐house duties
• Answering and directing phone calls and enquiries
• Greeting clients, visitors, and staff
• General administrative support
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
• Assisting the team with day‐to‐day operational tasks

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable, and professional
• Organised with robust attention to detail
• Confident communicating with a wide range of people
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable and adaptable, particularly when covering additional shifts
• Experience in Aged Care/Disability Sector highly regarded

Requirements

• Current National Police Check
• Working With Children Check
• Current Driver's Licence
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in administration or customer service (not mandatory but will be highly regarded)
