KleanWorks Cleaning Group is a newly established professional cleaning company servicing Geelong, the Surf Coast, the Bellarine Peninsula and surrounding areas.

We are particularly interested in experienced cleaners who are confident working independently and can take pride in delivering consistently high standards. We are ultimately seeking experienced cleaners who are seeking flexible, additional work hours to complement their existing commitments.

About the Role
We are seeking experienced cleaners who can work independently and professionally in client homes and workplaces.
This role involves cleaning residential homes, community care environments and commercial spaces.
The successful candidate will:
* Deliver high quality cleaning services to KleanWorks standards
* Work independently across multiple client locations
* Represent KleanWorks professionally in client homes
* Maintain strong attention to detail and reliability
As KleanWorks grows, this role may also include supporting the training and mentoring of future staff members.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking cleaners who are:
* Experienced in residential or commercial cleaning
* Able to work independently and manage their time well
* Reliable, professional and trustworthy
* Friendly and respectful when working in client homes
* Detail-oriented and take pride in their work
Requirements
* Previous cleaning experience
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Willingness to travel between jobs
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Working rights in Australia
Hours
This role will begin as a casual position with limited and flexible hours.
Hours will vary depending on client bookings and business needs and will build gradually over time.
This position is best suited to someone seeking additional or supplementary work rather than immediate full-time hours.
There will also be the opportunity for the role to transition to part-time employment once regular schedules are established.
Work will generally occur Monday to Friday during daytime hours.
