Technical Support Expertise
This role requires a strong technical background to provide exceptional support for software and hardware products in NSW and ACT.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre and post installation support for Venue Management Systems, Applications & Web-based products
* Built and install software on machines (EGM's, Workstations, Servers)
* Manage Client calls applying our Call Management System (Sales Force)
* Liaise with customers to ensure visits are timely and impactful
* Ensure a professional image when in the presence of Customers and that their requirements are met in a timely manner
The Technical Support Specialist will need to collaborate closely with internal problem-solving teams and key contributors to ensure timely and detailed resolution of technical problems.
The role demands excellent analytical and prioritisation skills, with the ability to advance matters appropriately when necessary.
