This new role will develop and lead operational readiness and commissioning activities to ensure effective implementation of shiploader optimisation projects.Key responsibilities include:Lead the development and implementation of operational readiness and change plans, including identifying and developing strategies to build engagement, effective communications, training and other initiatives.Lead and coordinate the operations readiness team in design reviews, quality assurance and control, commissioning and engagement initiatives.Coordinate resourcing to support the project schedule in consultation with stakeholders.Implement feedback loops to continuously monitor and improve operational readiness.Review, update and develop documentation to support implementation.Desired Skills and Experience:What we are looking for:Proven experience leading operational readiness, commissioning or change management activities for large operational or maintenance projects.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and technology for machines in bulk handling terminals and/or within heavy industry.Relevant qualifications in engineering, change management, business, operations, project management, maintenance or similar.Benefits:Competitive remuneration package including 18.5% Superannuation.Work to Live Culture including generous leave entitlements (14-week parental leave and over 5 weeks annual leave).Opportunities for industry networking and professional development and participation in community engagement activities.For initial inquiries or assistance with your application, please call Jess O’Neill or Adrian Button from Beilby Downing Teal on (02) 4044 0400.
