Purpose of the Position The objective of the Operations Manager role is to deliver and oversee the operational effectiveness and strategic growth of Townsville City Netball Association through the implementation of systems and processes within the prescribed operational framework.
This multi-faceted position focuses on delivering quality outcomes for affiliated clubs, their members, and stakeholders, including relevant sporting bodies, government agencies, the public, sponsors, media, corporate partners, and trades and services.
Operating within a dynamic environment, the position requires flexibility to work outside of regular hours when necessary.
The Operations Manager must maintain discretion and confidentiality and act in the best interests of the association at all times.
