The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining documentation to record all issues, receipts, transfers, and disposals of property in accordance with approved property accountability procedures for USG property.

In addition, the coordinator will ensure that material and equipment are catalogued to a standard nomenclature in automated Integrated Data Management System (IDMS) to enhance tracking, reordering, and excess identification processes.

The coordinator will also conduct weekly stock reviews to ensure accuracy of inventory records and that stock items are serviceable.

A critical component of this role is creating and maintaining a Critical Spares Inventory of parts essential to mission activities and stock items accordingly.

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of logistics experience on large contracts with OCONUS experience.

Candidates should have strong organizational and logistical skills, knowledge of supply chain processes and related software, attention to detail, adaptability, and decision-making ability.
