Early Years Educator
The primary role of an Early Years Educator is to provide a high-quality childcare service by creating a safe and stimulating environment that fosters children's development.
The successful candidate will work in our young toddler room, however we can accommodate candidates who prefer working with older age groups or have experience in other playrooms.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues to deliver the EYFS curriculum, engaging with children through creative and sensory activities, and providing empathetic support and open communication with parents/carers and children.
Other important aspects of this role include supporting children's social, emotional and cognitive growth, and maintaining accurate records of their progress.
