The Harvey Norman Oxley Bedding and Manchester Team are seeking a dynamic, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Salesperson, you will have a genuine desire to find the best outcome for our customers. Designing a beautiful space for our customers to sleep is only part of this exciting position. You'll play a key role in helping customers improve their sleep while delivering outstanding service every step of the way.
To be successful you must:
* Have a passion for retail and an eye for design
* Be able to SELL with a highly motivated and results driven attitude
* Deliver outstanding service and communication
* Enjoy working in a team environment that is fast paced, where no two days are the same
What we require:
* Experience in (or ability to work in) a sales focused, successful retail business
* A high level of interest in Bedding and Linen products and love putting together solutions
* Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
* Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
* Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
* Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades, weekend work essential
* Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese would be highly preferable
