We are seeking a Communications Officer to provide communications and stakeholder engagement support across planning, pre-construction and construction projects within the Northern District.
This role is critical to delivering high-quality communications outcomes aligned with the Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (QTRIP) commitments.
* Develop and maintain project webpages, analytics reports and content updates
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and distribute project flyers and communication materials
2. Draft responses for low-level stakeholder enquiries and issues
3. Manage correspondence tracking system, source record stakeholder contact details into spreadsheets/consultation management systems
4. Respond to enquiries via 1800 phone line, assist attend stakeholder meetings alongside Program Engagement Officers;
