Green-Tech Super cooling system is a sustainability-focused digital business delivering environmental technology solutions and educational content to a global audience. We empower communities and industries to adopt greener practices through innovative digital platforms. As we expand our technical team, we are seeking a full-time Web Developer to help grow our online presence and enhance our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and optimise Green-Tech websites and digital platforms.
* Build secure, responsive, and multilingual web interfaces, with a focus on Vietnamese-speaking audiences.
* Implement booking systems, dashboards, and customer engagement tools tailored to blend the company's professional skills and cultural sensitivity.
* Integrate APIs, CRM systems, and cloud services to support international partners and sustainability projects.
* Monitor website performance, resolve bugs, and ensure seamless mobile responsiveness for global users.
* Collaborate with content, design, and operations teams to deliver engaging sustainability and cultural updates.
* Ensure compliance with web security, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
* Maintain documentation, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience with back-end development (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar).
* Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API integrations.
* Experience with version control (Git) and continuous deployment workflows.
* Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
* Fluent in Vietnamese and English to support cross-border tourism and sustainability projects.
Preferred
* Experience with WordPress or Headless CMS.
* UI/UX design awareness or SEO optimisation experience.
* Background in developing booking systems, dashboards, or customer-facing platforms in the tourism industry.
