Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skipper to join our mussel farming operation in Port Lincoln. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely navigating and operating mussel farming vessels up to 18 meters in length.
Our ideal candidate will have a Master 24m Near Coastal qualification and a strong background in aquaculture or mussel farming. They will be eager to learn about mussel farming and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be physically fit, adaptable, and ready to work in all weather conditions. They will also have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to learning and growing with our company.
