Pay rate $31.70 + super

We are delighted to open our recent 102 bed Aged Care home, Holy Cross, implementing the Inspirit Model of Care. We are looking for Housekeeping Assistants to join our team to work in Cleaning services. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 3 days availability and preferably more.
Typical Cleaning Day
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in residents’ rooms and common areas
Tidy and organise lounges, dining areas, offices and storage areas
Remove rubbish safely and restock bathroom supplies daily
Follow infection prevention and control procedures to keep residents protected
Demonstrating pride in your household by doing what is needed
To be successful in this role you’ll need
A heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families
Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences and spiritual beliefs of residents
To enjoy moving around and interacting with residents
