This position includes performing deep-cleaning tasks, maintaining cleaning standards, and supporting the overall presentation of the property to deliver an exceptional guest experience.What you will be doing:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceYou establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and supervisorsYou assisting the Supervisor in completion of special requests or misc. projectsYou deep clean and keep orderly all assigned public areas. Use odor controls as necessaryYou complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision following a routine schedule of cleaningYou sign in and out master keys, radios/mobile electronics dailyYou are familiar with Hotel's technology and communication platforms, and utilize to ensure hotel operation and guest satisfactionYou remove trash from public areas (Offices, Cubicles, Desks/Stands, Lobby, restrooms, patios, pool, etc.)You empty trash in all public areas and clean public restroomsYou restock public restrooms with necessary supplies for proper sanitation and standardYou stock, clean and organize all janitorial storages, ensuring they are supplied with the necessary items to quick address liquid/solid spills, trash and stocking of public restrooms.You clean all mirrors, inside of windows, wipe and dust all surfaces; keeping all brass shinyYou clean elevator cabins, floors, tracks and buttons; clean escalator steps, tracks, walls, railingYou vacuum carpets and walk off mats and spot carpet where neededYou clean hard to reach surfaces like high ceilings, baseboards, air vents, high shelves, high windows, chandeliers, etc.You properly sanitize F&B countertops, surfaces and touch points.
