The opportunity
We are seeking an industry experienced personal trainer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of ongoing employment.
We provide on-the-job training and flexible working options (50% fortnightly hours working from home) and a buzzing social committee that keeps everyone connected
The position is located in Brisbane, and we are looking to start this position in February 2026.
Required Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Fitness industry.
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in delivering service to customers.
* Intermediate computer skills with packages including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to think analytically to solve problems.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Exceptional task management skills.
* Excellent prioritisation skills.
* Excellent ability to execute.
Qualifications/Requirements
* A certificate IV or Diploma level qualification in the Fitness industry.
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Principal Duties
* Assist in online student training and coaching sessions based on advice provided by Trainers and Assessors.
* Answer general student course related questions, organising additional training sessions with Trainers and Assessors where required.
* Plan, prepare and deliver student competence and learning to the standards required by the training package or accredited course.
* Participate in administrative monitoring tasks related to academic progression.
* Continually improve student experience to drive graduation outcomes, student satisfaction, and expectations that align with KPIs and company values.
* Ensure the Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems are updated, and interaction notes and documents accurately reflected in relevant files.
* Assist in resolving student course work related issues in compliance with company processes and procedures, where required.
* Provide feedback to the relevant team in case of issues around the existing student supporting materials.
* Perform other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Education Manager – AIPT.
* Adopt continuous learning and improvement processes in all aspects of the position.
