Customer Project Manager – Diagnostic Imaging, Image-Guided Therapy – VIC

Based at our Port Melbourne office, you will be responsible for implementing projects primarily across Victoria, Tasmania and, as required, South Australia. This role is central to supporting Victoria and extends to Tasmania and South Australia as needed.
Responsibilities
* Partnering closely with Sales and Key Account Management teams during the pre‐sales process.
* Conducting site assessments, risk assessments, creating budgets and tailored project plans.
* Setting project milestones, planning, and interfacing with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensuring all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed on time.
* Conducting regular project plan reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing and communicating project risks and issues, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
* Leading pre‐ and post‐calculation project reviews including "Project Lessons Learnt".
* Organising the execution of installation and required user training.
* Managing the transition from project execution to closure and to business service supports.
Qualifications
* Experience within Radiography, Medical Imaging and comprehensive understanding of healthcare digital radiographic information systems.
* Qualifications in engineering, healthcare, project management or equivalent; preferably PMP or equivalent certification.
* Track record of project management experience in healthcare, equipment installation, infrastructure delivery or construction projects in a B2B environment.
* Experience in contract and risk management, supply‐chain process and working with large cross‐functional teams.
* Sound negotiation, conflict and stakeholder management experience, and excellent communication skills.
* High level of software literacy across MS Office suite, Salesforce, MS Project, MS Visio, CAD.
