This 2024 financial practice of the year is looking for a motivated and driven Advisor Services and Operations Associate to join their award-winning financial services firm. This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate with a genuine interest in finance to launch their career with a tight-knit and supportive team.
About the Role
This is an entry-level position that will train you from the ground up, with a strong focus on professional and personal growth. You'll be a key part of the team, providing essential operational support in a energetic environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with various systems, including CRM and Mailchimp.
Creating PDFs for newsletters and other materials.
Providing general operational support to the team.
What We're Looking For:
Previous admin/reception experience
A strong personality fit, someone who is approachable, collaborative, and easy to get along with.
Highly diligent, adaptable, and a fast learner.
Basic tech skills, including familiarity with Canva and ideally simple coding.
Details:
Location: In-office, 5 days a week in the city.
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
