Role Summary
To oversee Manufacturing & Supply administration and support to the operations and senior leadership team to ensure that all information and support functions are maintained in an efficient manner and communication across the team is provided.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Operations and Senior Leadership Team
* Performance data collation and monthly reporting to allow for Managerial interpretation and action in monthly team meetings
* Responsible for coordinating meetings, conferences, compiling of meeting minutes and distributing in a timely manner
* Invoicing for site utilities and labour hire adhoc SLT expenses
* Uniforms– ordering, delivering, invoicing, budgeting control and supplier reviews
* Engagement – assisting with positive morale & culture building
* Events coordination – promotion and planning of all site events – family day, Christmas events, engagement committee events
* Communications - coordinate all site communications including monthly newsletter, team meetings, Viva Engage and cascading of information from Global and Region
* Prepare documents including site related videos, word processing, power point presentations; excel reports, etc (including training manuals, documents etc)
* Co‐ordinate travel and accommodation bookings for operations & Senior Leadership Team for off‐site leadership events
* Raising of Purchase Requisitions in SAP purchase orders and goods receipts
* Minutes from meetings (distributed, recorded and agenda items followed up)

* Internal: Senior Leadership Team, Production Leadership Team, Frontline Managers, Human Resources, Finance, Frontline staff, Commercial PR & Communications Manager, Receptionists, Commercial Executive Assistants
* External: Commercial Executive Assistants
