About the role
MyClinic Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse to join our team in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria. What you'll be doing
* Assisting general practitioners with examinations, treatments, and procedures
* Administering medications, injections, and other medical interventions as directed
* Conducting routine patient assessments and monitoring patient progress
* Providing patient education and promoting preventative healthcare measures
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, safe, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
* Clinical audits and Quality Improvement Activities
* Collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver coordinated and holistic patient care
What we're looking for
* Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a primary care or community healthcare setting
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and the healthcare team
* Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment
* Proficiency in using medical software and technology
* Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement
