About the role

Join a dynamic team as an Administrative Professional, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer.

You will play a key role in supporting corporate and operational support to our leadership team.

This is a full-time position based across Adelaide offices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate events, meetings, agendas, and room bookings
* Assist with tenders, internal registers, and internal/external reporting
* Support recruitment, onboarding, inductions, and return-to-work processes
* Manage staff compliance checks, screenings, and system access
* Oversee staff equipment and office supplies
* Provide administrative support across projects and business units
* Manage internal communication channels and system access

Requirements:

* 2–3+ years' experience in administration, coordination, or executive support
* Experience coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and managing systems
* Demonstrated ability to support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with cloud-based systems (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
* Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
* Exposure to HR processes (e.g., return-to-work, compliance checks, onboarding documentation)
* Experience assisting with tenders, annual reporting, or audit preparation
* Previous experience in a health, community services, or NDIS-related organisation
* Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
