This role presents a unique opportunity to lead high-impact fibre optic projects in QLD. As a Field Supervisor, you will thrive in a dynamic environment and deliver results with precision.
* $110000 - $120000/year (dependent on skillset and experience) + tool of trade vehicle
You will oversee project delivery, safety, quality assurance, manage schedules, resources, and reporting. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders is also key. Additionally, you will assist with scoping civil fibre projects.
Requirements
* Sound leadership and experience in a similar position
* Strong working knowledge of NBN / Telstra fibre networks and civil construction standards
* Experience with trenching, boring, and ploughing techniques
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel and work in remote areas on a roster basis
* Current driver's license and Construction White Card
