We are seeking a Deputy Office Manager to be based in Launceston at the St Vincent's, St Luke's and Jimmy's Complex clinics. This position will be Full-Time Permanent with hours ranging from 6.45am to 9:00pm.
As Deputy Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Office Manager and Regional Administration Manager in the smooth coordination of daily operations, team supervision, and the delivery of high-quality administrative services. This position is ideal for an experienced team member who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to operational excellence within I-MED.
You will contribute to a culture of excellence by guiding a motivated team and driving initiatives that enhance service delivery, patient satisfaction, and workplace wellbeing.

Key Accountabilities Include
* Day to day medical reception tasks; greeting and arriving patients, answering phone calls and emails, booking appointments etc.
* Support training, supervision, and development of medical reception staff within the clinic
* Assist with managing the clinic's daily appointment schedule and clerical staff rostering
* Assist with managing the clinic's daily banking and other financial applications and requirements
* Work closely with the Office Manager, Regional Administration Manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, and Radiologist/s
Key Selection Requirements
* Demonstrated experience within a reception role
* Ability to manage, coach and lead clerical / clinical staff
* Ability to lead and drive the I-MED patient care and customer service standards
* Experience within Radiology is essential
* Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing
* Experience in a customer service environment
