Casual Kitchen Assistant
Join our dynamic team as a Casual Kitchen Assistant, supporting kitchen operations with enthusiasm and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist chefs in food preparation duties, ensuring high-quality dishes for our customers.
* Maintain clean workstations and adhere to strict WHS standards, guaranteeing a safe working environment.
* Load and unload the dishwasher efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
* Support front of house staff by assisting with glassware cleaning and other tasks as required.
* Perform additional cleaning and preparation duties as directed by the Head Chef, promoting a positive and efficient kitchen atmosphere.
Qualifications and Requirements
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. No prior experience is required, but a Safe Food Handling Course can be completed prior to commencement of work. Availability to work on a rotating roster between Tuesday-Sunday is also necessary. A current police check is mandatory for applicants over 18 years old.
