About the Role
As a Human Resource officer, you will deliver core HR services while supporting key people and culture initiatives across the organisation. This role is well-suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Duties
* Provide practical HR advice and coaching to leaders on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
* Support organisational development initiatives, including succession planning, training coordination, and performance review cycles.
* Coordinate reward and recognition programs, including salary benchmarking and support with performance appraisals.
* Lead or support employee relations matters including investigations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and industrial relations activities.
* Monitor HR KPIs, prepare regular reporting, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across HR processes and systems.
* Ensure compliance with Awards, EBAs/EAs, company policies, and employment legislation.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, building strong relationships and supporting a high-performance culture.
Essential Requirements
* Degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer skills and attention to detail
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 3–4 years' experience in an HR generalist role, with exposure to recruitment and employee relations
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
