What do you do?
* Lead daily venue operations across dining, bar and private dining experiences.
* Champion service excellence, operational consistency and an energetic atmosphere.
* Mentor and develop a high-performing team across FOH and service departments.
* Oversee financial performance, budgets and cost control.
* Collaborate with culinary, beverage and events teams to elevate guest experiences.
* Support strategic planning, events execution and long-term venue growth.
* Maintain standards of hospitality, safety, cleanliness and guest engagement.
What do you need?
* Proven hospitality leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant/bar venue.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive financial performance.
* People-first leadership style with team mentoring experience.
* Exceptional communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
* A passion for guest experience, creative hospitality and Melbourne's dining scene.
* Experience in dynamic, multi-service environments preferred.
* Comfortable working late nights and weekend shifts in a vibrant venue.
