Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

\

This 6-month fixed-term role is a key position within our direct-to-consumer (DTC) team, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and exceptional customer experiences.

\

Main Responsibilities:

\
\
1. Manage all incoming customer and business communication via phone, email, and social media.
\
2. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to drive sales.
\
3. Coordinate and fulfill corporate orders.
\
4. Coordinate with corporate clients to provide tailored solutions.
\
5. Support the processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
\
6. Manage issue resolution for refunds, exchanges, and special requests.
\
7. Record and report customer service issues, identify trends, and suggest areas for improvement.
\
8. Work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.
\
9. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
\
10. Analyze customer feedback and use insights to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
\
11. Collaborate with the DTC team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty.
\
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and order fulfillment.
\
13. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
\
14. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
\
15. Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
\
16. Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
\
17. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to provide tailored solutions and drive sales.
\
18. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance the customer experience.
\
19. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by maintaining open communication and providing assistance as needed.
\
20. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
\
21. Other duties as assigned by management.

33. Develop and lead training programs to educate colleagues on customer service and order fulfillment best practices.

34. Mentor and coach colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge in customer service and order fulfillment.

35. Coach and develop junior staff members to increase their capabilities and potential.
\
