Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

This 6-month fixed-term role is a key position within our direct-to-consumer (DTC) team, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage all incoming customer and business communication via phone, email, and social media.
\
2. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to drive sales.
\
3. Coordinate and fulfill corporate orders.
\
4. Coordinate with corporate clients to provide tailored solutions.
\
5. Support the processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
\
6. Manage issue resolution for refunds, exchanges, and special requests.
\
7. Record and report customer service issues, identify trends, and suggest areas for improvement.
\
8. Work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.
\
9. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
\
10. Analyze customer feedback and use insights to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
\
11. Collaborate with the DTC team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty.
\
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and order fulfillment.
\
13. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
\
14. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
\
15. Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
\
16. Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
\
17. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to provide tailored solutions and drive sales.
