About the Roles
Intermediate / Bookkeeper / Accountant
* 2-3 years' experience in public practice
* Exposure across bookkeeping, compliance, tax, and/or advisory
* Looking to broaden technical skills and progress within a firm
* Salary from $70K+, depending on experience and study support
Senior Accountant / Team Lead
* 5+ years' experience in public practice
* CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion)
* Experience across tax and advisory
* Ability or desire to mentor and manage junior staff
* Clear progression toward leadership or management roles
* Salary up to $110K
Senior Tax Accountant
* Experience across complex tax matters
* Working with a growing client base
* Opportunity to shape processes and support junior team members
* Salary open and dependent on experience
About You You will ideally have
* Experience working within an Australian public practice environment
* Strong communication and client‐facing skills
* A collaborative and proactive mindset
* A genuine interest in professional growth and development
* CA or CPA qualification (or working toward) for senior roles

Remuneration
