Job Description:
* Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and Performance Analytics.
* Knowledge of Service Catalogue, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Case Management.
* Experience with Performance Analytics dashboards, indicators, and widgets.
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Workflows, Business Rules, and system configurations is a plus.
* Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
* Ability to explain complex ServiceNow concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
* Strong technical writing skills for documentation and training materials.
* Certified ServiceNow Trainer (preferable) or strong experience in corporate training.
