3. Champion safety systems, stop work when unsafe, and lead incident investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Team Management: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication, trust, and respect among team members.
* Coaching and Development: Provide guidance and support to Driver Trainers to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they make informed decisions and manage risks effectively.
* Safety Systems and Incident Investigations: Promote a safety-first culture by championing safety systems, stopping work when necessary, and leading thorough investigations into incidents.
