The Opportunity
As Partner Executive your key objective is to grow Agoda’s supply network. In this role, you will:
- Identify and research potential new hotel partners in target regions across Japan.
- Proactively reach out to hotel owners and decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Present Agoda’s value proposition and negotiate commercial terms to onboard new hotels.
- Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring their properties are set up for success and go live on Agoda’s platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Provide market insights and best practices to help partners maximize their performance on Agoda.
- Track and report on acquisition activities, pipeline, and results using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bilingual in Japanese and English: able to conduct business communication effectively in both languages.
- Experience in business development or sales.
- Analytical with a proven track record of using data to drive achievements and decisions.
- Autonomous and result driven.
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a highly energetic environment and be open to changes in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business.
Nice to have
- Experience in the hotel or OTA sector.
- Passionate about travel.
