About the Role
This newly created Systems and Process Officer position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with the Directors and Senior Leadership Team to enhance business efficiency, strengthen client relationships and support future expansion.
Regular travel between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast will be required, with occasional statewide travel (approximately one day per month).
Key Responsibilities
Investigate, source and recommend a suitable CRM system
Review existing systems and processes; recommend and implement improvements
Drive workflow planning and accountability (e.g. leading whiteboard meetings) within the Leadership Team
Assist with the establishment of a new Cairns-based office
Support client engagement strategies to:
Improve fee proposal turnaround
Measure enquiries
Improve conversions
Maintain visibility and relevance within the industry
Ensure regular 90-day client check-ins
Expand industry reach
Assist with HR functions including placing job ads and managing recruitment requisitions
Draft articles and content for social media related to systems and procedures
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and presentation
About You
Prior experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills and a confident, high-energy presence
A systems-based mindset with strong implementation capability
Ability to travel throughout Southeast Queensland (and occasionally further north)
A collaborative, team-focused approach and readiness to contribute at a senior level
Australian-based and able to work primarily from the office
