This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing clinical governance, service delivery, and team development within a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented service supporting victim-survivors and their families. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians while remaining clinically engaged, ensuring best-practice, culturally safe, and evidence-based care. The Opportunity As Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and governance, while supporting clinicians delivering trauma-informed mental health therapies to individuals and families impacted by FDSV. This role blends strategic leadership, clinical excellence, team development, and stakeholder collaboration, while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload.
