We're Connected Roof Safety (CRS). We design, supply, and install roof access and fall arrest systems across Australia and we do it properly. We work with Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders and end user clients who care about safety, compliance, and quality. Just as important, we're a close knit, positive team that enjoys working together and takes pride in what we do.
We're on the lookout for an experienced Roof Safety System Designer to join our Victorian team. This is a non-negotiable experience required role. If you've designed roof safety systems before and want to work with a team that values your skills, you'll feel right at home here.
This role can be office based in Victoria or remote for the right person. We're not rushing this hire. We're focused on finding the right person for the team.

What You'll Be Doing
* Designing compliant roof access and fall arrest systems
* Preparing clear layouts and scopes so our sales team can quote accurately
* Reviewing drawings and assessing roof access and safety risks
* Supporting tender submissions for Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders and end user clients
* Working closely with fellow designers, sales, and operations
* Helping lift the standard of how roof safety systems are designed and documented
Experience Required (Non Negotiable)
* Proven experience designing roof safety systems
* Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards
* Confidence reading architectural and structural drawings
* High attention to detail and pride in quality work
