The opportunity
As an Account Manager, Fundraising, your role is to maintain a strong, ongoing relationship between Entertainment and our existing Fundraiser clients.
Some of your responsibilities include:
* Managing client relationships with key Fundraising accounts
* Conducting Fundraiser planning meetings to design marketing campaigns, set goals, train and motivate group chairpeople
* Ensuring Entertainment's physical presence and creating excitement at Fundraising events
* Presenting the Fundraiser at public speaking events like Rotary meetings, school assemblies, social club events, etc.
* Advising Fundraisers on social media, email, website, and digital strategies
* Using print collateral effectively to support Fundraisers efforts
* Coordinating regular email broadcasts, weekly calls, and incentives for Fundraisers
* Acquiring new Fundraiser and Premium accounts annually
* Resolving client concerns promptly and professionally, assisting team members with difficult clients, negotiation, and objection handling
* Procurement of Merchant content to improve Fundraising performance as instructed
* Representing Entertainment professionally and ethically, adhering to office policies
* Attending staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions
* Completing weekly sales activity reports
* Monitoring competitive activity
We are looking for you to bring:
* Previous account or client management experience
* Business/Marketing/Management degree or similar
* People skills – enjoy engaging with external and internal stakeholders
* Experience with event handling and account management
* Ability to plan communications and follow up systematically
* Attention to detail and discipline in tracking client needs
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
* Goal-oriented with proven relationship-building abilities
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time-management skills to handle conflicting priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
