As a Support Worker with Advance Nursing, you will:
* Provide person-centred care and support to NDIS participants in their homes or community settings
* Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and household tasks
* Support participants to achieve their NDIS goals and engage in community and social activities
* Observe, document, and report on client wellbeing, behaviours, and progress
* Foster independence, inclusion, and emotional wellbeing
* Work collaboratively with families, coordinators, and healthcare professionals
* Uphold confidentiality, professional standards, and organisational policies
What We Are Looking For:
* Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent qualification
* Experience in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred)
* Strong understanding of NDIS principles, person-centred care, and safe work practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and patience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and required immunisations
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
