**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the delivery of Cookery and Hospitality training packages
- SIT40521- Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
- SIT50422- Diploma of Hospitality Management Diploma of Hospitality Management
- Conduct validation and moderation sessions for the VET courses
- Lead the implementation and delivery of academic resources via LMS - Moodle
- Preparation of lessons, assessments and other resources for the teaching of allocated classes and units
- Maintenance of student attendance rolls and academic records on the student management system (RTO Manager)
- Assist in maintenance of all documentation required for the Trainer & Assessor Profile (Master Matrix, PD Log & Qualification Log) in compliance with the requirements of the external governing bodies
**Key selection criteria**
**Essentials**:
- Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment: TAE40116 **or **TAE40110 and the following two units of competency: TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills, TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools
- Formal cookery/hospitality qualifications or relevant/current industry training and experience
- Sound knowledge of RTO 2015 standards
- Excellent knowledge of Learning Management System (preferably Moodle)
**Desirable**:
- Food Safety Supervisor's certificate
- Completion of Manual Handling training Skills of multiple areas of the hospitality industry
- Minimum 2 years' experience cooking or as a culinary instructor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Capacity to work productively - both autonomously and within a team environment
- Experienced in operating a Student Management System (Preferably RTO Manager)
- A commitment to quality and integrity in vocational education
- Willingness to participate in career development activities
Remuneration: 70K to 75K + Super, negotiable based on qualification and experience.
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
