About This Role:
This role is focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to every guest, ensuring their stay with us is enjoyable and memorable.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing front-of-house operations, including handling guest inquiries and complaints
* Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
* Assisting with daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including linen changes and cabin preparation
* Contributing to the overall success of the business by being proactive and flexible in your approach
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or administration environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
* A high level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 11kg and work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliability and flexibility, with a willingness to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
