Award rate: $30.35 – $45.25/hour

We're on the hunt for an energetic, down-to-earth Market & Warehouse Crew Member to help us pack up the best organic fruit and veg on the Coast and bring the Good Harvest magic to our weekend markets.
About the Role
You'll be helping pack produce boxes in our Coolum Beach warehouse, and also hitting the farmers markets to help set up, chat with customers, and create an awesome stall experience at places like Kawana, Noosa, and Yandina.
A day might look like this:
Packing veggies like a pro
Building beautiful displays of fruit & veg that stop traffic
Serving customers with a smile
Lifting boxes (up to 15kg - a great way to keep fit)
High-fiving your teammates and feeling proud of your impact
What We're Looking For
• Available Thursday to Sunday (including one farmers market on Saturday or Sunday)
• Happy working indoors and outdoors - rain, hail or shine
• Friendly, fun, and not afraid of a fast-paced morning
• Can easily lift a box (or 2 or 3)
• You're the kind of person who sees a list and wants to tick it off
• Bonus: hospitality, retail or market stall experience
Extra brownie points if you've got:
• MR Truck license
• A forklift licence
• Amazing playlist recommendations for early morning setup
